Management - Workers Relation

LIFT designed and implemented an Education Programme at a major supplier in the EPZ with the objectives to:

Ø   Contribute to a factory integration among workers – mid level and upper management level

Ø   Reach effectively the workers and the staff on good practice to communicate, Grievance System and the provision of past and Committees  schemes.

LIFT Tools includes an interactive workshop with the participation of all factory hierarchical level and interacting training.
